These days, I’m thinking carefully about how identity should work for AI agents, what developers need when they build them, and how our products can meet agents where they are. I’m also trying to define what good agent experience looks like, then build a feedback loop that makes it better.
People come to me when the tradeoffs aren’t obvious and the team needs judgment that survives contact with the build. I’m usually available to talk it through.
