I’m Bharath — a Group Product Manager at Auth0 (acquired by Okta), where I lead agent experience work: making identity products that AI agents — and the developers wiring them in — can actually use.

Over ~7 years of product management at Auth0, Appsmith, and Hiver I’ve shipped developer platforms end to end: the Auth0 MCP Server, Auth0 Evals and the Agent Experience Score, Agent 404, Appsmith AI, and Harvey AI. The common thread is taking a fuzzy new capability and turning it into something a developer can integrate before their coffee goes cold.

On this site I write opinionated essays grounded in lived experience — skeptical of hype, frameworks, and shortcuts. The recurring theme is reframing hard problems: finding the angle that collapses a messy question into a clear bet. Strategy comes from insight earned in user reality, not from polished documents; and AI should accelerate execution, not replace thinking.

Everything published here is my personal view, not my employer’s position. Away from work you’ll find me building LEGO sets, watching F1, pulling espresso shots, or reading eastern philosophy.
